Dr. Allan Coopersmith BSc, DDS, FAGD, FADI, FICD, FCARDP, FACD, FIADFE has been practicing dentistry for 44 years in Montreal, Canada and is deeply passionate about preventing oral disease in pets, as well as humans. He has been awarded fellowships in numerous international academies and taught restorative dentistry for over 20 years at his Alma Mater, McGill University, graduating first in his class. He is the co-inventor of the BrushBone™ and holds numerous patents in the health and oral care category.

Nathalie Fiset RDH is a registered hygienist who has been practicing Oral Hygiene for 24 years in Montreal, Canada and has dedicated herself to instructing as well as motivating her patients in the prevention of oral disease. She is a co-inventor of the BrushBone™.

WHY IS THE BRUSHBONE™ THE VERY BEST DOG TOOTHBRUSH?

Invented & designed by a dentist and hygienist who loved dogs and knew that there had to be a better way to brush a dog’s teeth. The BoneBrush™ is a self-brushing toothbrush for dogs. Applying pet-safe food or flavors to the BrushBone™ may make the BrushBone™ more attractive to your dog.

HOW LONG DOES THIS TOY LAST?
The longevity of the toy depends on your dog's chewing style, frequency, etc. 


For optimal use, change the BrushBone™ as frequently as you would change your toothbrush.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DOG TEARS OR BREAKS OFF A PIECE OF THE BRUSHBONE™?

Always monitor your dog while using the BrushBone™ and immediately remove it from use if the endcaps become loose or break up to avoid risk of choking or bowel obstruction from swallowing large pieces. BrushBone is not intended for aggressive chewers.

CAN BRUSHBONE™ CRACK A DOG’S TOOTH?

No.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE MATERIAL IS SAFE FOR MY DOG TO CHEW?

BrushBone™ is made from a durable, FDA food-safe plastic that is BPA-free and phthalate-free.

CAN I USE TOOTHPASTE WITH MY BRUSHBONE™?

Yes, but only toothpaste made for dogs that is recommended by your veterinarian. Hint: use a small amount on the outer sleeve or in the inner core of the BrushBone™.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BRUSHBONE™?

We recommend you clean your BrushBone™ with soap and running water. However, it is also top-shelf dishwasher safe.

DOES BRUSHBONE™ REPLACE TAKING MY DOG TO THE DENTIST?

Dogs need regular dental care. The BrushBone™ helps clean their teeth and gums and is intended to complement a program of regular dental care for your pet as advised by your veterinarian. The BrushBone™ does not replace that program

THE INNER CORE OF BRUSHBONE™ SEPARATED FROM THE OUTER SLEEVE WHEN MY DOG WAS PLAYING. HOW DO I PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER?

During play, Brush Bone™ may come apart. To put it back together, push the inner core of the Brush Bone™ back up into the outer sleeve. Then, using needle nose pliers (not included), pull the nub of the inner core through the hole in the outer sleeve until secure.
I ordered my BrushBone and it said shipping will take 3-6 weeks. Why so long?
Shipping MAY take 3-6 weeks. Throughout different times of the year demand is greater than others, so we always state 3-6 weeks. However, we always do our best to plan for those times of the year so we can avoid “back orders.”
Help! I placed an incorrect order. How can I change this?
What you want to do is call this toll free number for customer service: 1-855-789-4106. To find your order they will need your phone number (or email address if you provided it), last name, and zip code. They will absolutely get your order fixed for you. Keep in mind order processing takes a full 24 hours, so they may not have your order in the customer service system until at least 24 hours after you've placed your order.
I placed an order, but I haven't been charged yet. When should I expect to be charged?
We process your order within 24 hours, but we do not charge your card for the purchase until the order is shipped to your address.
